WILL DRAFTING
Generally our members specialise in the drafting of the more complex Wills that can:-
- Save thousands of pounds in Inheritance Tax
- Set up flexible trusts for disabled beneficiaries
- Protect assets against possible second marriage claims
- Personal injury award Trusts
- Create charitable Trusts in order to leave a lasting tax-free legacy
- Incorporate Trust provisions for the care of animals
- Lifetime Trusts
NB. Will and Trust drafting is charged by the hour, although an estimate will be provided in Advance.
You will find it difficult to find another legal firm with as much experience in drafting Wills than our members. Many PROBATE HELPER panel members are also members of S.T.E.P (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners).
It is very relevant that the Lawyers who draft PROBATE HELPER Wills mainly undertake Estate Administrations as their main source of work. This is because you need specialist practical and technical knowledge before you can draft a Will that incorporates all the legal content needed to ensure that a Trust is effective, or that an Estate Administration proceeds in a smooth, cost effective manner after death.
Our members also spend a great deal of money every year purchasing legal publications (and the regular updates), as well as to attending lectures and seminars, many undertaken by some the country's top Barristers and Solicitors who are on the frontline of cases involving Wills, Trusts and Estate Administrations.
As you may already appreciate, all the services offered by our members are of a very high standard but the PROBATE HELPER philosophy of value for money remains the same. Members will provide a quotation prior to undertaking more complex Wills. Most of our members also offer a fixed-fee initial meeting (see below) to discuss your requirements and provide an estimate of the likely charges to draft the legal documents.
If you are sure that you do not need any specialist advice and wish to draft a straightforward basic Will, we also offer a Free or low cost service (see the advert on this page).
If you would like a member to contact you with regard to drafting a more complex Will or Trust simply INSTRUCT US us in the usual way to arrange a fixed fee (£100 plus VAT) one-hour meeting in order to discuss your specific requirements, provide you with the relevant advice and take your specific instructions if you decided to proceed with the drafting of legal documents. The fixed-fee meeting charge is in addition to any further charges that would be payable for the drafting of a Will and/or Trust. Back to top
